"The Daily Show" host Jon Stewart shared his personal insights on the controversial Instagram photo posted by Miss Israel and labels it as the "most upsetting Mideast picture."

The host-comedian said that the photo was more upsetting than beheadings done by the ISIS terror group and "Ayatollah on the toilet hard-core ankle porn."

Stewart is referring to a photo uploaded by Miss Israel in her Instagram account that shows her and Miss Lebanon side by side. Despite the photo's innocent appeal many Lebanese condemns Miss Lebanon Saly Greige's actions and some even demands that she lose her beauty title.

Greige posted an apology on her Facebook account and explained that she was avoiding Miss Israel Doron Matalon all the time. She also added that she was taking pictures along with Miss Slovenia and Miss Japan when Matalon photobombed them to which Stewart replied "Does everything that happens between Middle East countries have to be a bombing?"

On the account of some Lebanese comment on the photo saying that Greige shouldn't have been on it since Lebanon and Israel are enemies, Steward retorted "It's a beauty pageant - they're all enemies."

Even the Miss Universe pageant as a whole did not miss Stewart's roasting saying that the pageant is an annual event where people "treat women like expensive food instead of human beings."

The incident between Miss Israel and Miss Lebanon has been trending on social networking sites and some netizens even speculating that it will have political implications in the future.

After the photo went viral Greige decided not to show up in some of the pageant's public events. The Miss Universe organization declined to make a comment whether she will show up on the pageant night on Jan. 25.

The Lebanese government has already formed a fact-finding committee to investigate the incident.
