A new tourist destination is set to be finished in central China's Hunan Province. In May, the Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon will be opening the world's highest and longest glass skywalk, a glass-bottomed bridge that spans 430 meters long and hangs 300 meters above the canyon floor. As of Jan. 27, Chinese workers are in the process of installing the glass panels of the skywalk. Once completed, the bridge will provide tourists a stunning scenery of the mountains that inspired the magical "floating peaks" in the Hollywood film "Avatar."
