Even though the show is weeks away from its finale, spoilers making the rounds suggest that Lauren Bushnell will be the bachelorette Ben Higgins will pick in the finals. Even before the show premiered, "The Bachelor" blogger Reality Steve revealed the ultimate winner of Season 20 (2016). According to RS episode-by-episode spoilers for Ben Higgins season, Bushnell and JoJo Fletcher make it to the finals and go for hometowns date with Higgins.
However, Higgins chooses Bushnell over Fletcher and proposes her. RS suggests that the couple gets engaged at the final rose ceremony.
The show's finale was aired almost three and a half months ago. So, the details about Higgins and Bushnell's relationship as well as plans for their future are only expected to be revealed during "The Bachelor" Season 20 (2016) After the Final Rose special that airs on March 14. In the meantime, the couple might be sworn to secrecy and are asked to keep their relationship under the wraps.
For those unfamiliar, Bushnell is a 25-year-old flight attendant from West Linn, Oregon. Among 26 contestants, Bushnell was the first bachelorette to arrive at "The Bachelor" mansion and be introduced to Higgins. It is said that she made quite an impression on the bachelor and received the first rose of the night.
As for her first one-on-one date with the bachelor, it happened in Week 3 of the show. The couple enjoyed a biplane ride before heading to a villa for the rest of the evening.
According to the reality television star's bio on ABC's official website, she loves hip-hop, R&B and Country music. "Home Alone," "Titanic" and "Departed" are some of her favourite movies. She enjoys dusk and hot nights.
She truly believes that the way to a man's heart is through his stomach. A well-cooked home food will be her strategy if she has to impress a man. At the same time, family is the most important thing for her and marriage for her means "starting her own family."
Entertainment publication Reality TV World has dished out some interesting facts about the bachelorette. According to the website, she comes from a Christian Family in Portland and has a sister and two brothers. Lauren reportedly went to Whitworth University in Washington and studied Business Management. It is also said that she is a fan of the Portland Trail Blazers. And she was once arrested for public intoxication.
