"Street Fighter 5" pre-load is now available for PSN and Steam fanatics in North America.
For gamers who already pre-ordered the game, one piece of advice, get your bandwidth cleared and prepare for the best. Now that the pre-load of "Street Fighter V" is available, gamers will definitely be entertained. The game's download size starts at 7.32GB for PlayStation 4 and 7.15GB on Steam, Dual Shockers reported. Once the download is completed including all updates, the download size would go up to 12.34GB for PS4 hard drive and 13.45GB on PC.
"Street Fighter 5" will now have Dhalsim on the game, plus another six DLC characters will be released within the year, Game Spot reported in October during the Sony's Paris Game Week. It was Yoshinori Ono from Capcom who confirmed all the information during the said event last year. The confirmation of the said release was one of the first scoops that were revealed on the same event.
"Street Fighter 5" game update includes additional characters that will be launched throughout 2016, which will make a total of 16 to 22 characters on the list. There will be additional challenges, new facts and balance updates on the game, according to Euro Gamer Portugal.
For gamers who will purchase the disc version of "Street Fighter 5," they would need the update patch 1.01 be downloaded on the launch day. Downloading update patch 1.01 will let the user play online, and it is a necessary requirement to be able to enjoy the game. To those who will play the game using PlayStation, the update will let players use their PS3 old sticks while playing on PS4.
"Street Fighter 5" can be pre-loaded even before the launch date on Feb. 16 for both PS4 and PC users. Along with pre-loading the game, the update patch 1.01 should also be downloaded on top of the game itself. The patch update 1.01 is not only mandatory to those who will purchase the disc version, but it is also advisable to PS4 users. Pre-loading the game before the launch date is available to those who already pre-ordered "Street Fighter 5" on PSN.
