"The Bachelor" Season 20 (2016) is gradually moving towards its finale and the drama begins to heat up. Rumours suggest that things get really intense for Ben Higgins before the final rose ceremony. According to a latest update, the leading man of the twentieth instalment tells "I Love You" to two finalists before making the final pick and regrets it. Read on for detailed scoop.

The network recently released a sneak peek from the "Bachelor Live." In the video, Higgins admits being in love with two women at the same time. The video showcases, the bachelor's confession where he reveals that he said "I love you" to two contestants and it was too hard for him to let go off one of them.

"I love both of them. They are too good to walk away from," Ben shares with his parents in the video.

"I have to say goodbye to the woman who doesn't deserve it. Saying goodbye to her doesn't feel right. And this is the biggest mistake I've made. I want to keep her in my life. I don't want to say goodbye. It is how much I love her," the teary-eyed Higgins continue.

The name of the two bachelorettes are kept under the wraps. Meanwhile, "The Bachelor" host Chris Harrison states that this happens later in the season.

The upcoming segment of "The Bachelor" Season 20 (2016) will unveil the Higgins' final four contestants or hometown dates. According to Reality Steve's episode-by-episode spoilers for "The Bachelor" Season 20 (2016), Lauren Bushnell, JoJo Fletcher, Amanda Stanton and Caila Quinn make it to the hometown dates. Following which, Higgins eliminates Stanton at the rose ceremony.

A source told Us Weekly, that Higgins made "'spur of the moment' decisions to say 'I love you' to two of the three remaining women." The final three bachelorettes flew to Jamaica with Higgins for Overnight Dates. Here, the bachelor eliminated Quinn at the rose ceremony leaving Bushnell and Fletcher in the final phase of the contest.

However, it is reported, when the 26-year-old software sales rep realizes that he needs to send one of them home in the end, he regrets his decision.

Higgins must pick one woman as his final rose winner and dump the other one. As revealed by RS, the bachelor chooses Bushnell over Fletcher. Higgins proposes Bushnell in the finale and the couple gets engaged at the final rose ceremony.

According to "The Bachelor" blogger, the bachelor was "basically all into Lauren from about halfway through filming." The bachelorette is said to have made quite an impression when she made her limo arrival.
