Neil and Sam may not be the fan favorite couple in “Married At First Sight” Season 3 but it seems like they are set in proving their detractors wrong. While they did not seem attracted to each other in the last episodes, things are about to change in episode 12, “Last Chance for Romance.”
In the new sneak preview for February 16 episode, Sam admitted that she misses Neil when he is not around.
"Neil's been gone for a day. I do kind of miss him because I'm starting to have a crush on him. I'm starting to really see him as my husband," she shared.
With only one episode until the "Married At First Sight" Season 3 finale, Sam said that she felt confident that their relationship will really work. Although she had high hopes for her and Neil since the beginning, it is only these past few days that she started to believe in their marriage.
While it is yet to be confirmed if Neil and Sam decided to stay together after the end of the social experiment, several "MAFS" insiders claim that the couple eventually made it through and are still married.
According to Starcasm, Sam seemed to have dropped a hint about her relationship with Neil during a recent Periscope to her fans. In the clip, Sam was talking about visiting a gun range when a fan asked if Neil was with her. Sam replied and said that Neil went out with the boys and did some stuff.
Although this has yet to prove anything, the outlet pointed out that Sam seemed to know a lot about Neil's whereabouts. Even after "Married At First Sight" Season 3 is over, by the looks of it, the couple seemed to have kept in touch and perhaps kept their love alive.
Speaking to The Knot, Neil admitted that he was hurt when he found out that Sam was not attracted to him at first. He, however, added that they were able to get pass that and grew together as a couple. He shared that they can definitely see why the experts decided to match them up.
"Our silly personalities mesh well together. We play off each other's humor and it helps us have fun in this unconventional setting," he said.
