“Baby Daddy” Season 5 returns with an all-new episode, titled “Ben-geance,” this Wednesday, February 17 on Freeform. The latest spoilers revealed that Ben (Jean-Luc Bilodeau) will finally meet his new love interest Sam, played by Daniella Monet.
According to the official synopsis for "Baby Daddy" Season 5 episode 3, Ben will continue to look for a girlfriend and potential baby mama for Emma. While he interviews candidates to manage the bar, he comes across a former crush who never noticed him in high school.
Ben's decision to hire a new help came after Riley (Chelsea Kane) insisted that he should get his act together.
"Tucker's making drinks. What's next Emma working on a deep fryer?" she asked.
In a sneak peak video, it was revealed that Ben will use the manager job to get his revenge on Sam. Turns out, he is still hurting after she rejected him in high school. His original plan is to pretend like he does not recognize her at all, offer her the job, then yank it out of her to get even.
During the interview, Sam did not recognize Ben at all. He dropped his full name a couple of times hoping that she will remember him. When he finally revealed that he went to high school with her, Sam only remembered him as the annoying guy with braces and Danny Wheeler's little brother.
Multiple reports suggest that Sam will be appearing in more episodes of "Baby Daddy" this season 5. Although it is still yet to be confirmed if she will be Ben's new love interest, the actress has signed up to do a couple more episodes this season.
Meanwhile, another sneak peek showed Bonnie (Melissa Peterman) visiting Chelsea's office fresh from her honeymoon with Brad (Peter Porte). The couple had a hard time getting married, as things do not always seem to go their way. It seems, however, that Bonnie has changed her mind about Brad and wanted a divorce.
"On the plane, on the way home, I realized something terrible. He was coming home with me," Bonnie shared.
