"Uncharted 4: A Thief's End" will not be coming out until May 10, a couple of weeks delay from its scheduled April 27 launch. It appears that fans will still have to wait for an additional two weeks from the original scheduled release to see the final adventure of Nathan Drake.

The cause of the delay, according to CEO Shawn Layden of Sony Computer Entertainment America, is the high demand for the game, including the added time that is given towards printing additional copies of the game. Based on a post by the PlayStation Blog, Naughty Dog is said to complete the game's production this month.

"Uncharted 4: A Thief's End" is near completion to meet its target release date. Reportedly, the team is exerting all efforts to meet the significant demands worldwide. Also, the company is making sure that all gamers across the world will be given the chance to play the game, starting on its day of release. The publisher, on the other hand, has deemed it best to delay the release of the game for a couple more weeks in order to allow for a longer manufacturing time.

This is not the first time that the game will be quietly moving out of a formerly planned release. It was supposedly set to unveil on December 2015, yet the need for added improvement made it push back to March this year. This was followed by another delay when Naughty Dog made the same reason for extra time to develop the game. Such second delay has brought "Uncharted 4: A Thief's End" to its April 27 launch.

"Uncharted 4: A Thief's End" seems to be nearly completed, as the delays were more on meeting the demands and not with production shortfalls. Because "Uncharted" is a large game series from Sony, it is not surprising for Naughty Dog to ensure that its latest installment, which is the final adventure of Nathan Drake, turns out well, Mashable reported.
