In the movies, Jackie Chan does so many dangerous stunts, but he always remains victorious toward the end of the film. However, in the tabloid world, the Chinese actor gets killed in accidents so many times.

Kotaku, an Australian news website, reported on Saturday that Chan allegedly died in a car accident in Queensland. The original source of the rumor were Chinese-language bulletin boards.

Chan has been the victim of death hoax a number of times, including in 2013 which received widespread reporting. To dispel the rumor, the actor had his picture taken holding a newspaper and pointing to the date that day. The death hoax was preceded by another rumor that Chan was engaged, which he denied.

In 2011, he was also rumored to have died after a heart attack. A Facebook page, which became viral, was even created to announce his alleged passing away on Aug. 18, 2011.

In response to the latest speculation about Chan’s real situation, the actor’s spokesman said, “News like this is frequent. Up until now, it’s like, how many times has he died and come back to life?” quoted Record China.

Chan actually was photographed on Saturday with actress Amyra Dastur, his co-star in “Kung Fu Yoga” to whom he gave a personalized jacket that the actor normally only gives to his stunt team members. The pair are in Iceland for the taping of "Kung Fu Yoga" where Dastur practices with Chan’s stunt team for 2-3 hours daily, reported Deccan Chronicle.
