Apple tech fanatics have something to look forward to since the Apple iWatch is ready to ship this coming April. After four years of rumors, the tech giant is very much eager to release its first new category of product in more than four years, the iWatch, PC World reported.

The iWatch is Apple's latest discovery and rumors have been flying everywhere since its unveiling in September 2014. Apple stated to the public that the gadget will be sent out in early 2015. The company's engineers are still to reveal certain specifications and features of the product like its battery life.

Apple's CEO Tim Cook disclosed the ship date in a conference meeting to discuss the company's earnings.  The massive sales of iPhones and Macs went as much as $74.6 billion a huge help to increase the revenues in the last quarter of the previous year.  It was a big up from the last quarter's $57.6 billion earlier last year, according to Daily Tech.

A record set in iPhone sales was noted to be 74.5 billion smartphones which gave more than two-thirds of the company's revenue for the previous year at $51.1 billion, compared to 51 million units of iPhones at $32.5 billion revenue the earlier year.

Q3 of 2014 was the time when the iPhone 6 went available and was the top seller.

Mac is another top-selling product of the tech goliath. Its' sales is superb bringing in a record of $6.9 billion higher than the previous year's $6.4 billion. Apple was able to sell 5.5 million Macs which is an up from 4.8 million the earlier year.

Recently, IBM announced that they will be carrying Apple gadgets and services to its enterprise market.

"The real opportunity is to bring mobility into the enterprise. To do that, you obviously need apps that are written for specific jobs. IBM provides us with knowledge of the verticals," explained Cook.
