Increasing rumors have surrounded "Pokémon Sun and Moon" since the announcement of the games, and now fans are wondering whether Pokémon Bank will be available. As usual, Japanese magazine CoroCoro is famous for giving precise updates on Pokémon games, and it is expected that the April 15 issue will have some information with regard to the Pokémon Bank being available to "Pokémon Sun and Moon."

Nintendo and The Pokémon Company launched a new promotion that allows gamers to receive special versions of Regice, Regirock, and Registeel in "Pokémon X," "Pokémon Y," "Pokémon Omega Ruby," and "Pokémon Alpha Sapphire." For these games, the Pokémon Bank is necessary so that gamers can use Pokémon Link in their game. It is likely that the same feature will be available for the upcoming game, with players unlocking the characters using their Pokémon Bank account.

While games will have to wait for details via CoroCoro, it is official that each character will be level 50 and possess a hidden ability. The March issue had a brief mention of "Pokémon Sun and Moon," and teased what readers should expect from the upcoming issue, according to iDigital Times.

The March CoroCoro issue saw the "Pokémon Sun and Moon" logos being highlighted with the disclaimer that from the April issue that will be released on April 15, details of the generation 7 games would gradually be unveiled in "special features" of the publication. The games may be released during the holiday season of this year, although the promise of details in April implies that gamers should expect a solid release date soon.

"Pokémon X and Y" that were released back in 2013 had their first details of a new generation of the games come with the starter Pokémon. According to a different report from the same publication, the reveal of Fennekin, Froakie, and Chespin alongside the Yveltal and Xerneas - the legendaries of the generation - were unveiled in CoroCoro ahead of the Pokémon Company official announcement through a video.

The subsequent months had the release of Mega Evolutions, beginning with Kanto Starters and Mega Mewtwo Y, before gradually unveiling the new Pokémon and Mega Evolutions. With the confirmation that April 15 will start the "Pokémon Sun and Moon" details, fans should expect to see something on the Pokémon Bank.

There is no official information from the Pokémon Company about the upcoming games, and therefore, fans should wait until the developer company gives some details. Stay tuned for more information as soon as they trickle in.
