While speaking with Nylon Magazine last year, Stewart said that she doesn't really want to define herself.

"If you feel like you really want to define yourself, and you have the ability to articulate those parameters and that in itself defines you, then do it. But I am an actress, man. I live in the f*cking ambiguity of this life and I love it. I don't feel like it would be true for me to be like, 'I'm coming out!' No, I do a job," she said.

"Until I decide that I'm starting a foundation or that I have some perspective or opinion that other people should be receiving... I don't. I'm just a kid making movies," she added.

Meanwhile, Stewart also said that she believes people in the near future will feel that there's really no need to define themselves as either gay or straight.

"I think in three or four years, there are going to be a whole lot more people who don't think it's necessary to figure out if you're gay or straight. It's like, just do your thing," she said.

In other news, there were also some rumors that Stewart's ex-boyfriend Robert Pattinson is trying to win her back now that his relationship with FKA Twigs is no longer going well.

However, it seems that Stewart no longer wants to get back together with him because of how broken she was when they ended their long-term relationship years ago.

"It was incredibly painful. Ugh, f*cking kill me. It was a really good time for Nicholas Hoult and I to make this movie. Not all of my friends have been through what I've been through, or what some people have tasted at a relatively speaking young age, and we were not expected to do anything. Everything that we did was explorative, and a meditation on what we already knew," she said.

Stewart and Pattinson starred in the hit trilogy "Twilight."
