If the rumored release of the upcoming expansion pack is to be believed, then our previous report may be true after all. It can be noted that Yibada previously suggested that "The Witcher 3's" "Blood and Wine" DLC will be released within April 2016 - June 2016 window, based on CD Projekt RED's traditional release behavior.

Although the leaks indicate that we may see "Blood and Wine" DLC this year, CD Projekt RED has yet to comment, confirm or deny the rumors swirling around the Internet.

Furthermore, regarding on the upcoming DLC's plot, CDProjekt RED has not given any specific details aside from confirming that "Blood and Wine" will add 20 more hours of gameplay. In addition, during an interview with EuroGamer Italy, "The Witcher 3's" head story writer Jakub Szamalek revealed that "Blood and Wine" DLC will focus on the Geralt's fate, the main protagonist of the game.

It is said that the second DLC of "The Witcher 3" will be better than the main game because CD Projekt RED considered and applied all feedback that was thrown at them since the release of "The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt."

Moreover, since the "Witcher 3" lacks charismatic enemy, the Polish video game developer promised that "The Witcher 3: Blood and Wine" will also introduce memorable villains. Aside from new villains, the upcoming second expansion will also feature new areas and will deliver strange quests full of short stories, songs and poetry.
