Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale's marriage will soon be declared null as they have already reached an agreement for the divorce case that they filed on April 11. The papers just need the signature of the judge, and the separation would be final and official.

The former couple announced their split in August 2015 but they filed for divorce just this month. With regards to their settlement, the separation of their properties was only decided during the divorce proceedings because Stefani and Rossdale got married in 2002 without signing any prenuptial agreement, Entertainment Tonight has learned.

Californian law states that all divorcing couples should divide everything they acquired while together, and the division percentage must be 50/50. However, Rossdale let go of his rights and agreed not to ask for his share in Stefani's wealth. The "Only Way Out" singer and actor only took less than 50 percent ownership rights on certain properties that they own in their 13 years of marriage.

With her net worth of US$120 million, Stefani obviously earns more. Rossdale was said to only worth around US$35 million and this huge difference in their earnings is probably one reason why he did not push for the 50/50 stake in their conjugal wealth.

According to TMZ, the only thing that the ex-husband and wife will share in half is the custody of their three children, namely Kingston, Zuma and Apollo. Then again, it is likely that the kids will spend more time with their dad as their mom will be busy with her singing schedules and upcoming tours. While this will be the case, Rossdale did not ask Stefani for child support.

Once the divorce is finally settled and approved by the judge, Blake Shelton, Stefani's current boyfriend, may already propose so they can walk down the aisle soon. "Blake could propose to Gwen very soon. She is everything he wants," a source told US Weekly.

Shelton and Stefani became a couple just a few months after the latter's split with her husband. The two met and eventually became close when they sat as judges in the previous season of "The Voice." Interestingly, Shelton was also newly-separated from wife Miranda Lambert when they started dating.

Allegedly, Stefani and Rossdale split due to infidelity, below is the report on how she caught her husband:
