"NCIS" Season 13 is nearing its finale and so is Michael Weatherly's final episodes. Fans will see Weatherly make his last appearance as his beloved character Tony DiNozzo. Meanwhile, the plot details for the highly-anticipated episode are out. Here are spoilers for the upcoming chapter of the show that will mark an important event in the history of the series. Episode 24 titled "Family First" marks the finale of "NCIS" Season 13 and Weatherly's final episode. According to TV Line, CBS has finally released the official synopsis for the landmark segment.

The one-hour event will see Naval Criminal Investigative Services join hands with Federal Bureau of Investigation and MI6, also known as The Secret Intelligence Service, in a manhunt. The three investigative agencies are together looking for a British spy, who escaped the facility and is making the current and former agents his victim.

Note: A promo video for "NCIS" Season 13 finale is not out yet. It will be made available as soon as it is released. So, stay tuned.

In addition, Weatherly's final episode will see Sarah Clarke and Duane Henry make their "NCIS" debut. Clarke will play the part of an FBI agent and Henry portrays MI6 agent.

"We're really trying to give everybody something that leaves them satisfied," showrunner Gary Glasberg said of the much-awaited finale.

In the meantime, "NCIS" is set to air Season 13 episode 21 titled "Return to Sender" this Tuesday, April 19. According to Spoiler TV's description for the upcoming segment, NCIS will collaborate with FBI and Homeland Security in search of two British fugitives. They manage to cross the international borders via a shipping container.

At the same time, the show will see McGee busy looking for an apartment and trying to find out how DiNozzo bought his lavish den. Scroll down to watch the trailer teasing the events.
