The game had mixed reviews from Steam players who downloaded and played this game for a while, according to the game's official store page on Steam. Some players have posted that it is a great game, but it has a few glitches and bugs that occur from time to time. There were also other players who were posting negative reviews, and complaints, mostly on the clicking mechanic.

This new Mojang game is a fast-paced strategy type, which is all about conquering lands, and defeating enemies across it. Players will have to click adjacent tiles to fight the other armies with the players' own armies. If they win, they earn gold to fund for other expeditions, build universities, build defensive forts, and attack using boats.

Just as any other strategy game, players will have to choose between going for the long game, or attack relentlessly at enemies to gain the best position. Experienced players have suggested to new players that they should choose only one type of strategy to stick with until the end.

Some of the other features that the game have are the pixel-art designs that the enemies have, lands are procedurally generated, which means a unique game every time players will choose a new game, and procedural insults from enemies. Players will be able to enjoy 75 maps included in the game.

According to the game's official website, the minimum system requirements of the game are not that demanding. Interested gamers will only need at least Windows 7 for the OS, a processor of at least 1.5 GHz, memory of 1 GB RAM, at least an integrated graphics card for the video graphics card requirement, and storage of 300 MB available space.
