Royce da 5'9" has said in a recent statement that it is probably a good idea that "Rap God" rapper Eminem is not an active Twitter user simply because he is very crazy, and that if he was an active user, he would tweet the wildest things.

The 38-year-old rapper from Detroit shared in an interview with Hip Hop N More that if Eminem was on Twitter, "he would tweet the most insane and wildest things since he is very crazy in person." He went ahead to say that his description of Eminem was the complete opposite of what people thought.

As Royce da 5'9" pointed out, the public believes that Eminem is a serious guy and that he is only inclined to serious business but his fellow rapper is the opposite of that. The former also said that he had never spoken to the "I'm Not Afraid" singer about his absence on Twitter, indicating that he was not interested of the "Rap God" being a big star.

Elsewhere during the interview, Royce da 5'9" confirmed that his decision to release the album "Layers" independently instead of releasing it through Shady records was nothing personal. Instead, it was entirely based on the fact that he liked moving on his own accord.

Meanwhile, Royce da 5'9" recently wrote an essay for Medium  titled "Why I Quit Drinking," expressing how Eminem helped him get sober. The essay highlighted the friendship which dated back to when they first met, before the release of his first song "Tabernacle." He also outlined the song in his new album "Layers," which was his first when he decided to quit drinking.

Although Royce da '9" has been talking about his sobriety on social media, he has continued to be vocal about how Eminem had an impact on his ultimate journey to quit drinking. According to one of his messages, he says that Eminem was the first person he contacted about his addiction and, apparently, the "Rap God" took him to his personal doctor.

Royce da 5'9" asserted that he decided to get sober after spending time in jail for driving under the influence and experiencing physical altercations, as well as losing relationships with his wife, friends, and family. Luckily for him, Eminem, who had the same problem before, was there to lend a hand.
