The currently running "Captain America: Civil War" revealed some interesting details on the 2017 Marvel film "Spider-Man: Homecoming". The upcoming movie reboot on the web slinger is likely to add Iron Man as key character.

One of the end-credits scenes from the latest Captain America instalment declared that Spidey will return soon and the exact date, according to Marvel and Sony is July 7 next year. Save for Tom Holland as the new Spider-Man, most of the movie details are kept under wraps but thanks to the Cap movie a few revelations and spoiler have been provided.

One is that Holland will play a younger Spidey, perhaps a few years back from the Andrew Garfield version. Tech Insider said that Homecoming seems to focus on Peter Parker's early college years - a Spider-Man still dealing with his newly-found superpowers but already deeply involved in vigilante activities.

Yet in performing his crime-busting missions, Parker is hampered by crude fighting tools including a web suit that is inferior compared to the ones seen with Garfield and Toby Maguire.

So enter the billionaire Tony Stark (Robert Downey, Jr.) who sought out the young crime-fighter and instantly notice the need for a huge upgrade. Stark wasted no time to modernize the weapons and equipment at Spidey's disposal.

As noted by Tech Insider: "Aunt May then leaves Parker to himself and he checks a gadget on his wrist, undoubtedly from his new best buddy Tony Stark. He hits a button and a hologram appears on the ceiling showing off a Spider-Man logo," the report describing one of the Captain America end-credit scenes.

The assistance, of course, is connected to the plan that will eventually bring in Spider-Man to Iron Man's side of the Avengers but more exciting things appears to be shaping up for the next superhero movie in which Sony and Marvel will collaborate.

It is likely that Tony Stark will not only supply the gadgets needed by Spider-Man to combat the bad guys but also to play the part of a mentor to a still maturing superhero, Tech Insider suggested on its report. And maybe for Homecoming too, the Iron Man will fight alongside Spidey when the occasion badly calls for it - like when the threat will reach The Avengers I and II proportions.

As mentioned, the Spider-Man: Homecoming will swing by movie theaters worldwide beginning July 2017.
