Nvidia wrapped up its press event in Austin, Texas on Friday with Ansel, a fully adjustable in-game camera that comes with many great photography features.

When a gamer presses the switch on Ansel, the game stops. At that very moment, the player can make necessary changes to take the best images - change the angle, zoom, and pan around the subject among other things, according to Hot Hardware.

After the necessary adjustments, post-process filters come into play. The option allows the game photographer to edit the photos, from brightness and vignette to special FX options, which a user can create and share in the same way like the case with RedShade.

Furthermore, the user can save the images as an EXR file, and that implies they can be enhanced further on other photo-editing software like Adobe Photoshop with the highest possible dynamic range. After all is done, users can take things a level higher and have the image upped 61,440 by 34,560. The change offers the 4.5-gigapexil package.

As if that is not enough, VR avid fans will find Ansel very useful, since it can capture 360-degree photos that allow users immerse themselves in the game using Oculus Rift, HTC Vive, or Google Cardboard.

Speaking via GeForce, Andrew Burnes of Nvidia said, "Simply put, Ansel enables you to make and capture your own unique and personally framed screenshots via an easy-to-use user interface, on Nvidia GeForce GTX graphics cards."

Professional game photographers already have a chance to go beyond the limitations of the Print Screen key, with the aid of the developers' game builds, several custom tools, and high-end computers. Ansel hands over the same power to the masses or otherwise anyone running a compatible Nvidia card.

It is important to note that the game must sport support for Ansel to have these features operational. Reportedly, Nvidia will begin with games such as "The Witness," "The Witcher 3: Wild hunt," "The Division," "Paragon," "LawBreakers," "Unreal Tournament," "Obduction," "No Man's Sky," and "Fortnite."

Although the major headliners during Nvidia event were the GTX 1080 and GTX 1070, Ansel is big revolutionary, accessible game capture equipment that should excite everyone. Watch the sneak peek below for further information.
