Actors Choi Ji Woo and Lee Sang Yoon may be reunited in an upcoming KBS drama. The "Twenty Again" stars are being courted for the leading roles in KBS 2TV's new Wednesday-Thursday evening drama with a working title of "Road to the Airport."


In an interview with Naver TV on May 10, Tuesday, a representative from the show confirmed that the two stars are currently reviewing the offers. The new series comes from screenwriter Lee Sook Yeon along with director Kim Chul Kyu at the helm.

"Road to the Airport" is set in both an old, rundown traditional Korean houses called Hanok and Jeju Island. It tells the tale of the second adolescence issues' ensue around a married man and woman between their 30s and 40s.

Although there is not much information on the drama's plot and character description, the drama will hit airwaves in August after the last episode of "Uncontrollably Fond." The new drama is the replacement for the timeslot meant for "Jealousy Incarnate," starring Jo Jung Suk and Gong Hyo Jin, which now belongs to the SBS network.

If both actors decide to do the drama, then it marks Choi and Lee's return to the small screen since wrapping up with tvN's "Twenty Again" on Oct. 17, 2015. The 16-episode romantic comedy TV drama revolves around the 38-year-old housewife Ha Nora (Choi), who decided to go back to school and experience the college life for the first time after she was erroneously diagnosed with terminal pancreatic cancer and given a six-month prognosis.

However, many problems ensue when her intellectual husband Kim Woo Chul (Choi Won Yeong) recently accepted a job offer at the same university and when her prickly theater arts professor ends up to be Cha Hyun Seok (Lee), who had a crush on her since high school.

In other news, and After School's UEE recently made their relationship public and revealed that they have been dating since the beginning of the year. In a press release statement obtained by All K-pop, the 34-year-old actor asked the support and understanding of his fans and stressed that he do not want to hide his relationship with UEE, whom he described as a great person and the woman he cherished.
