"Grey's Anatomy" Season 12 finale goes on air next week. Episode 24 titled "Family Affair" marks the end of an eventful season with a dramatic storyline. In the penultimate episode, Amelia and Owen take their relationship to a new level and talk about getting married. Meanwhile, Alex finds the answer to his proposal to Jo and Stephanie and Kyle resolve differences before Kyle dies. In the meantime, Callie and Arizona continue to deal with the consequences of their legal battle.
Moving on to "Grey's Anatomy" Season 12 episode 24. The network has released a detailed synopsis for finale "Family Affair" on its official website. According to the press release, the season finale will see Meredith and Maggie help Amelia on one of her most important days.

"I am flipping out here," nervous Amelia tells Meredith in the trailer.
"I am here for you. Tell me what you want to do?" responds Meredith.
Elsewhere, at the wedding venue, April goes into labour pain and the only person she has on her side is Ben. Spoilers for the finale suggest that Ben will spring into action to help a friend. In addition, Callie and Arizona continue to deal with the fallout. They struggle to get used to the new custody arrangement but it may not be as easy as anticipated.
