New details for "Resident Evil 7" will feature the return of its "classic" gameplay features and a possible appearance at E3 2016 along with "Devil May Cry 5".

Several rumors are making rounds regarding the rumored development of the new "Resident Evil" sequel, "Resident Evil 7" and its appearance at this year's Electronic Entertainment Expo event on June 14-16. It was during Capcom's announcement that they will have "a full-scale assault" on their upcoming the "Resident Evil" games within the fiscal year starting with the spin-off title "Umbrella Corps".

Although there are still no confirmation if Capcom will showcase "Resident Evil 7" at E3 2016, new evidence to support the claim when official Twitter page of Kantan Games' CEO Dr. Serkan Toto tweeted that "Resident Evil 7" is in "development" and the sequel will likely return to its "classic" gameplay horror style from the past titles.

Toto added that Capcom could showcasing "Resident Evil 7" at E3 2016 next month and former Kojima Productions designer Jordan Amaro has been hired in developing the sequel, VG 24/7 reported. It was stated before by "Resident Evil: Revelations" producer Masachika Kawata that a possibility of a new "Resident Evil" game could return to its "horror roots", as long as it preserved what makes the game series really is and how it appealed to the gaming fans all over the world.

It has been a long time since gamers have played a new "Resident Evil" game with its old school style gameplay, not counting on the HD versions of "Resident Evil 0" and "Resident Evil" remake.

Not only will Capcom introduce "Resident Evil 7" for the fans at E3 2016, but also other sequels from popular titles such as "Monster Hunter" game, "Dead Rising" and "Devil May Cry". It is due to the rise of Capcom's net sales at $714 million from April 2015 to March 2016 and promised their investors that they will continue to make an impressive work this year and beyond starting with releasing three major titles for its financial year until March 17,2017.

The speculation that "Devil May Cry 5" will be in development this year when "DMC 4" voice actor Johnny Young Bosh posted a photo on Facebook working along with Dante's voice actor Ruben Langdon, Gameranx reported.

For now, Capcom will be focusing their attention on promoting and launching "Umbrella Corps" on June 21, along with HD versiosn of "Resident Evil 4", "Resident Evil 5" and "Resident Evil 6" for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in celebration for the 20th Anniversary of the "Resident Evil" game franchise.
