Film buffs who have seen the cinematic trailer of the movie "Fifty Shades of Grey" are likely to agree that the essence and intensity of the movie have been judiciously captured by the much talked about Lego rendition of the movie.

Fans are sure to appreciate the methodical closeness of the Lego rendition, which tastefully uses witty one-liners voiced by actors Dakota Johnson and Jamie Dornan. The much-loved kissing scene in the elevator, featured in the original movie trailer, takes on a whole new dimension in the Lego version with plastic figures.

The attention to realism and crisp detail is evident in the way the Toscanos painstakingly depicted the macho looks and six-pack abs of protagonist Christian Grey. The nuances and cinematic moments seem to be handled with élan, and the expertise of the Toscanos shines through the whole time.

The original "Fifty Shades of Grey" movie is gearing for its worldwide release on Feb. 13, Friday, a perfectly timed release for eager couples looking forward to making it a part of their Valentine's Day celebrations. Given its depiction of sex and BDSM practices, the movie is only available for adults in theaters worldwide.

Audiences aged under 17 can, however, watch the movie in theatres under adult supervision, thanks to it receiving an R-rating. This is believed to have largely been helped by the decision to not include one of the most controversial scenes of the movie in the final cut, according to The Huffington Post.

Critics at first were rather cold about the movie, commenting that it provides fuel to malpractices like sexual abuse and domestic abuse. Dornan begged to differ, commenting that there were weirder things in the world like plain spotting.

The well-executed Lego rendition is sure to further enhance interest and craze for a movie that already has millions of people waiting with bated breath.
