ZE:A's Siwan, INFINITE's L and actress Chae Soo Bin have been cast as the leads in an upcoming Chinese web drama titled "Black Cat." Multiple industry insiders confirmed the exciting news and revealed that the cast and crew members have already finished script reading, and are just sitting tight for the filming to commence.

"Black Cat" is described as a lighthearted romantic-comedy web series, where ZE:A member, Im Shi-Wan, will be playing the enigmatic lead character named Ji Baek, Drama Beans reported. INFINITE's L, whose real name is Kim Myung Soo, was given a role as Ho Yeon, a kind, and beguiling top rising star.

"Script reading has finished and the first filming is ahead of us," an unnamed source stated to Soompi. "His [L's] understanding of the project is extraordinary and he's working with passion."

L's character is described as having a caring and sweet identity, who seemingly receives a considerable measure of love from female fans. Adding on, "Cheer Up!" actress will be playing the heroine, Mi-Oh, who finds herself caught up in a love triangle between both male leads.

Not much details have been released about the web drama, but it was learned that the principal photography will take place in the countryside later this month. Further, it is said that the upcoming drama will be helmed by filmmaker Park Hyun Jin. More details about the project will be revealed soon.

Meanwhile, ZE:A's Siwan recently wrapped up filming for his big screen comeback film, "One Line," along with actor Jin Goo. With director Yang Kyung Mo at the helm, the forthcoming crime movie revolves around a vast-scale insurance con.

While the INFINITE member will make his big-screen debut in "Mr. Shark," which is set to premiere in the latter half of this year. The film portrays the peculiar friendship between a young man and sharks. Actress Chae, on the other hand, will star as Jo Ha Yeon in KBS2's new coming-of-age drama "Moonlight Drawn by Clouds."

Chae's role is described as a charitable and worldly crown princess, who was picked as imperial consort to Crown Prince Hyomyeong (Park Bo Gum). She is a pawn to her family's political ambitions.
