A lawsuit has been filed against "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" host for making a "breast" joke on the stage. The legal action has been taken by a Coldwell Banker real estate agent named Titi Pierce.

The comedian made fun of Pierce's name during a part of her skit dubbed "What's Wrong With These Ads...and These Signs." DeGeneres, 58, pronounced the real estate's name as "Titty" while displaying one of the woman's advertising signs, according to NY Daily News.

The lawsuit has been filed in a Georgia court. According to the lawsuit, Pierce was always called by one name, "Titi," before DeGeneres made fun of her on the show. Grammatically, "Titi" is pronounced as "Tee Tee." The suit further explained that "Tee Tee" is Nigerian in origin and also means a "flower."

The show host did not restrict herself to just this joke. She corrected her mispronunciation on air after showing a sign that read "Nipple Convalescent Home," which is completely unrelated to her.

"Titty Pierce, sounds like she might have spent some time in that nipple home, I don't know," DeGeneres told the audience who laughed at her joke.

Pierce alleges that her personal cell phone was displayed on screen during the gig. The lawsuit claims that right after the show was aired on Feb. 22 and then re-aired again, Pierce started to receive weird and harassing calls. While one of the callers reportedly said that DeGeneres has asked them to call, others teased the lady with the name "Titty" Pierce.

Pierce, 35, further explains how she was traveling to someone's close funeral in Florida when she started to receive calls from random people. She has accused DeGeneres of intruding with her privacy by airing her phone number and name on air. In addition, Pierce says that the comedian made her suffer from emotional distress.

The lady's attorney Stacy Godfrey Evans describes her client as a "real person with real feelings."

"She is a private, proud person, and she was humiliated on national television not once, but twice," she told the Miami Herald.

Evans further told the publication that she wants to prevent such sought of conduct in the future. According to her, people should think twice before making fun of someone on the national television.
