EVGA is launching the much-anticipated GTX 1070 Founder's Edition and SuperClocked GTX 1070 on June 10, Friday. Nvidia is planning to to launch Desktop-like GeForce GTX 1080, GTX 1080 GPU for laptops.

These processors are witnessing a rush of pre-orders because they are perfectly suited for 1440p and 1080p gaming styles. According to Windows Central, the analysts are raving about the GTX 1070 Founder's Edition because it has an edge over the GTX Titan X. Meanwhile, Nvidia is reportedly working on the desktop versions of GeForce GTX 1070 and GTX 1080. These are the future of gaming GPUs for laptops. Companies such as AMD and Nvidia are known to manufacture separate products for desktops and laptops.

However, Nvidia will most likely break this trend with the GTX 1070 and GTX 1080. These may get launched on laptop consoles as well without any change.

Nvidia launched the GTX 1080 in May and the graphics cards were very well recieved in the market. GTX 1080 is designed to bring superb quality gaming experience to desktop users, which the laptop users were missing till now.

However, during the 2016 Computex, it was announced that Nvidia is planning to launch desktop quality GTX 1080 and GTX 1070 for their laptop range, according to PC Gamer. It was further reported that Nvidia is designing the release of 10 series chips for notebooks, which will use the same chips used on the desktops. The only difference will be that they will be operating at a lower TDP.

It is speculated that Nvidia will no longer manufacture M versions of its desktop graphics cards for the laptops. If this is correct, then users will be able to play HD games anywhere and everywhere.

The M versions of the GPU are supposed to be the cut down variant of the regular version, which can give a significant difference in the gaming experience. So cutting it down may mean that the entire focus will be put on the actual variant of the gaming processor.

It is expected that the notebook version of GTX 1080 and GTX 1070 will arrive in August or September. The TDP of GTX 1080 will be 180W and the TDP of GTX 1070 will be 150W. It is also expected that Nvidia may make changes in the voltages and core clocks in order to bring down the power for its laptop versions.
