Two new DC characters will make their live-action debut on "Arrow" season 5 and these are Jack Wheeler/Wild Dog and Adrian Chase/Vigilante. Wild Dog in the show will be played by "Coach Carter" and "Mr. Robot" actor Robert Gonzalez and the character is described as cocksure/reckless ex-Marine, who will be in a recurring role throughout season 5, having multiple appearances within the first haft. Not only that, Oliver might have to mentor Wild Dog on how to protect the city properly, Entertainment Weekly reported. The character was less known to the DC comics reader as Wild Dog fis featured in a four-issue-mini series and is created by Max Allan Collins and Terry Beatty. His costume consist of several sports equipment, a hockey mask, body armor and shirt with a wild dog logo in front. Wild Dog being an ex-marine, has access to several military grade weapons for fighting crime.

Aside from Wild Dog, the main villain in "Arrow" season 5 will Adrian Chase/Vigilante and he will be played by "Chicago P.D.'s" actor Josh Segarra. Adrian in the show is described as man fueled with "vengeance" and a man on a mission, making him a dangerous contemporary to Oliver Queen.

Adrian will meet Oliver as an "ally" within "Arrow" season 5 aiming to clean the streets of Star City, but will likely used lethal force to do so, which Oliver will have to deal within the plot, Deadline reported.

In other news, it seems that Stephen Amell shared an interest in playing a Batman villain The Riddler as he told CinemaPop that when he was asked which character he would like to play besides Green Arrow.

This not the first time that the "TMNT 2" star answered this question as it was last year's Nerd HQ in San Diago Comic con, when he answered the Riddler again during the panel session.

With the new "Batman" solo film being produced by Warner Bros. as part of the DC Extended Universe and Amell will likely try his luck on playing the villain in the big screen soon if given the opportunity.

The fifth season of "Arrow" will premier in the fall of 2016.
