A photo was recently leaked which was posted in a social networking site from China showing that the iPhone 7 still has the 3.5mm headphone jack and a dual SIM card tray.
The photo posted in Weibo is the speculated internal hardware of the iPhone 7. It is a lightning port assembly that has a headphone jack which was initially rumored to be omitted. This clearly shows that Apple does not have any plans of making their next iPhone version as thin as possible.
The dual SIM card tray is something new for the iPhone series. This will allow the user to use multiple carriers for the phone. This is a good feature since it will give the user an option to choose a carrier that has a better deal in a specific service offered like different charges for local and international messaging.
Some of the several photos leaked also revealed a dual lens camera that could possibly be installed in the upcoming iPhone 7 model. It has been reportedly said that there will be two variants of this phone which comes with a screen size of 4.7 and 5.5 inches.
In some related news, they emphasized that the iPhone 7 will look like almost the same with iPhone 6s Plus because of the rumored external specifications like the screen sizes and the dustproof and waterproof case. The only difference will be the positioning of the pre-installed cameras since it will have a dual lens module.
The internal specs that run the iPhone 7 are pretty impressive. The upcoming iPhone 7 series will have the Apple A10 processor. As posted by Gotta Be Mobile, the CEO of Blancco Technology Group, Patrick Clawson said that, "Apple's earlier processors have been very good and A10 should be even better. A9 was dual core, but A10 is six core. I expect the A10 processor will be much faster and could have 20 percent higher performance and 40 percent less power consumption compared to the iPhone 6s."
This A10 processor will be backed with a 2GB RAM with different internal storage variants which are 32GB, 64GB and a rumored 128GB. This phone also packs a 1,754 mAh battery.
