Netflix's original thriller-drama series "Bloodline" wrapped up its Season 2, but no confirmation yet is announced about a possibility of "Bloodline" Season 3. New reports say that there is a high chance that the new season will get the boot due to the production's financial constraints and mixed reviews.

For sure, the series is doing great in terms of delivering dramatic/thriller storylines, but it is not the only thing that should matter. It seemed that the production did not get remarkable views and value to the streaming service. There were also rumors saying that "Bloodline" Season 3 looks uncertain due to the mixed reviews the series got from the critics in the last season.

"Bloodline" Season 2 reportedly received lower ratings than its forerunner based from the critics. It is worth noted that the series got an impressive reception from the viewers. The Netflix's series got a low score from Metacritic, while it received pretty high score from the audience, according to Release Date Info.

With the mixed reviews from the critics and the audience's ratings, it is still hard to know if the series will push through or not to the next season. Even its showrunner Glenn Kessler did not shed some light on the rumors if "Bloodline" Season 3 was canceled or not.

"Right now we don't know," Kessler told Indiewire. "We have more we want to try to tell. We hope we get picked up. It's between the studio and the network."

Another angle of the speculations is that Netflix is still resolving the Florida tax incentive issues before it decides to resume another season. The production is mostly done in Florida Keys. Due to the large tax incentive given to the series that is expiring in July, the production is still undecided.

Despite the uncertainties of "Bloodline" Season 3, co-creators Todd Kessler, Glenn Kessler and Daniel Zelman had expressed their hopes to renew the series. They revealed that Nextflix is still evaluating the issues, including the performance of the series. If it continues, the co-creators revealed that they have lots of ideas and stories to tell the viewers.
