As Tomokazu Tokorowill has joined as director of the project, fans are counting the days for the release of season 2 of ''Seven Deadly Sins.'' As per the latest update, Yuniko Ayana has joined as the scriptwriter.
A-1 Pictures is making this popular Japanese series and the filming is going on in full swing. His highly acclaimed series ''Hellsing Ultimate'' and ''Haibane Renmei'' had done very well in the viewership ratings and Yuniko Ayana's scriptwriting is expected to bring the required charm to the anime series. Ayana had written scripts for ''Girls Beyond the Wasteland'' and ''Hello!! Kinmoza'' and both were successful TV series.
The fans might remember Yuichiro Kido who gained popularity after writing the script for ''Gatchaman Crowds insight.'' Keigo Sasaki is returning to design the characters as per the latest update on My Anime List. Animation director Tomoko Sudo created wonders in ''Oreshura'' and ''Silver Spoon'' and the fans can expect similar work in season 2 of ''Seven Deadly Sins.'' Sudo is the chief animation director and to add more melody to the dreamy eyed anime series, Hiroyuki Sawano and Takafumi Wada are given the responsibility to compose music.
As per the commercial aired during the airing of the final episode of Arslan Senki, it was announced that a brand new TV series based on the manga series '' Nanatsu no Taizai'' will be aired in August 2016. However, the commercial did not specify whether this will be a new series or a sequel of season 1.
The storyline of this popular anime series is not yet known. The anime creators might come up with new characters along with the existing ones and create a new storyline. Anaya might have some updates regarding the storyline; however she has remained tight-lipped about it.
Even though the English dub might be released in 2017, the viewers of this popular Japanese anime series are excited. According to Anime News Network, ''Nanatsu no Taizai: Seisen no Shirushi'' (The Seven Deadly Sins: Signs of holy war) will be premiered on Aug. 28, 2016. On sundays at 17:00 hours, the four week long OVAS will be aired on MBS and TBS. The staff and cast will remain more or less the same; however the new series might have some new staff too.
