"The Walking Dead" season 7 may see the death of another character in the midseason finale.

According to the show's official spoiler site The Spoiling Dead Fans, Spencer (Austin Nichols) could be Negan's (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) newest victim in the upcoming season.

The site claimed that a suspicious-looking transportation van was spotted on set on Thursday. Some onlookers claimed that the van may have transported one male actor.

According to Design N Trend, when the van is seen on set, it typically means that a character death is about to take place.

Meanwhile, it was also confirmed that a cast dinner party to wrap up the first half of the season took place a few days ago.

The midseason finale party took place at Nic and Norman's restaurant in Georgia. Other than celebrating the end of the first half of the season, the publication claimed that it also appeared as though the event was a farewell for one cast member.

At present, the spoiler site is speculating on the possibility of Negan killing of Spencer because in the comic books, the latter decided to form an alliance with a male character because he feels that Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln) is unfit to lead the people of Alexandria.

Unfortunately, this move didn't sit well with Negan who killed spencer by cutting his guts using a knife while she was walking on the streets of Alexandria. Later on, Negan organized a coup to prove to Rick that he is playing on their side.

In other news, the speculations about Spencer's death heightened after the release of the season 7 trailer at the 2016 San Diego Comic Con.

The clip showed the character reasoning against Negan's wishes.

"We should've made a deal with them when we could've," he said.

Additionally, the timeline in the comic books is similar to the upcoming timeline that will be featured in "The Walking Dead" season 7. Not to mention, Negan is also expected to kill off as many characters as possible in the upcoming episodes.

"The Walking Dead" season 7 will premiere on AMC on Oct. 9.
