The first mode is Exodus, which is a one-flag capture-the-flag mode with bases and flags constantly moving around. The second mode is Sector, which is a capture-and-hold mode that has objectives to accomplish. Both of these modes can be played on all and upcoming maps that the video game has.

Leavey revealed that the second update also added new capabilities for the SnapMap feature. Players can now customize the weapon wheel functionality, which allows them to choose a lot of weapons in the campaign.

Leavey also explained that the update added the Jump pads, which lets them set its distance, speed, and direction. Players can also take advantage of the new 30 Hell-themed modules, which were added along.

The assistant community manager revealed that the video game got an expanded weapon list for players to try out. The new playable demon Mancubus was also introduced with this new update, he said.

The video game will also get its first Double XP Weekend for the multiplayer mode, Leavey revealed. This is to celebrate the release of their free second update for the game. He encouraged players to play today to enjoy the double XP bonus to reach the higher ranks even faster.

The new update fixed different problems the game had like the issue where the game's performance gradually decreased in a certain location. It was also optimized with the new update to make it run smoother. Different fixes and optimizations were implemented on the single and multiplayer modes.

Executive producer Marty Stratton also revealed in another post on the official website of the game that they will be launching the Unto the Evil DLC. This will be its first premium multiplayer DLC for $14.99. It will be available on Aug. 5 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.

The upcoming multiplayer DLC will include three new multiplayer maps called Offering, Cataclysm, and ritual. It will add a new player-controlled demon called the Harvester. They will also get new hack modules.

Stratton also revealed that the DLC will introduce a new weapon called the UAC EMG Pistol. Players will also get new equipment, which is the Kinetic Mine. They can also customize their Marine, which includes additional armor sets, patters, colors, and taunts.

The executive producer also revealed that players can play together, even if they do not have the premium DLC. He revealed they have a new feature called the PartyPlay, and this will only need one player to have the premium DLC to let others play with them.
