Netflix's horror television series "Stranger Things" was the surprise package of this year. Whosoever has watched this Duffer Brothers' creation has good things to say about the science-fiction show.

The touch of 80s television and Steven Spielberg was really too good to miss and now fans are eagerly waiting for the second season. Though Netflix has not made any official announcement about the second edition, it must be in the offing.

Meanwhile, fans are busy speculating about the characters. The most talked-about theories are related to Eleven as everyone is curious to know about her fate and if she will survive at all. It is being said that she is in a typical "Fight Club" scenario and everything is a creation of her mind.

The town of Hawkins is a part of her coping strategy, Bustle claims. It also says that she and Hopper are related and given the fact that Hopper was seen placing Eggos in a crate in the woods, it makes sense because Eleven loves eggos and he would not have kept them if he did not know of her taste. As for her death, co-creator Matt Duffer has confirmed that she is alive, the Telegraph reports.

Coming to other characters, talks abound about Will encountering trouble. A theory says that the tulip-faced monster has turned him into an evil human ally. The Upside Down experience has certainly had an effect on him and though he was rescued by his mom and Hopper, it looks like some evil traces have crept inside him.

Among others, theories revolve around Papa'a return and if Matthew Modine's (actor who plays Papa) words are any indication, Season 2 is confirmed and he might also be making a comeback. Fans are also curious to know about Eleven's mother and their reunion.

Last but not the least, everyone wants to know about the Demogorgon, who sent terror waves among a select few in the town of Hawkins. Well, Season 2 might hold all the answers because Ross Duffer has said that they have a 30-page detailed document about the monster, where he came from and why are there no others of his ilk.
