Square-Enix has recently revealed the contents of the season pass for "Final Fantasy XV," which are six downloadable contents with different stories. The season pass is also included inside the Digital Premium Edition.

According to the official website of the Japanese PlayStation Store, it has provided more details on the different DLCs that will be included in the video game's season pass. It will contain a booster pack, holiday pack, and expansion pack. The other three DLCs are named after some of the main protagonists, which are Gladiolus, Ignis, and Prompto.

The Japanese website gave lesser details on the six DLCs. There are three packs that are related to Gladio, Ignis, and Prompto, which appear to include story content for each character. The Season Pass itself mentions that these DLCs have new and original episodes and a new mode.

Currently, the Japanese website has not given any specific information on the launch dates for each package. The Holiday Pack might be an indication that it could be launched in December to match the Holiday season. The names of the DLCs are also provisional only, which means it could be changed at a later date.

The season pass of the video game also had an interesting detail, which was a warning to the players. It said that they are required to have a PlayStation Plus membership to access the online multiplayer features. It has not been confirmed that this was a mistake, or the DLC packages have some kind of online multiplayer features, which could be the new mode.

In other "Final Fantasy XV" related news, the Digital Premium Edition pre-order of the video game is already available. According to the official website of the North American PlayStation Store, it will be released on the PlayStation 4 for $84.99. It was also revealed that it will include the Season Pass of the video game.

The season pass for the video game will cost $24.99 on its own for North America. The Japanese store offers it for $26.66, which is a bit more expensive. For those who have already pre-ordered the game digitally earlier, the store is offering a season pass upgrade as a special deal.
