Lee Min Ho and Miss A's Suzy Bae have been the subject of malicious break-up rumors for months now. The couple remained silent all this time but they have finally stepped out to deny the rumors.

On Aug. 1, Bae's and Lee's respective agencies, YG Entertainment and MYM Entertainment, have refuted the rumors by stating that the break-up news are just made-up stories. The agencies firmly reiterated that the two stars are still together, Star News reported.

MYM added that they have talked directly with Lee and he reasserted that he is still dating the Miss A member. JYP Entertainment also disclosed that they spoke with Bae and she clarified that there is no truth with the break-up rumors.

As to why the "Bounty Hunter" actor could not personally address the matter, Soompi quoted the spokesperson from MYM as saying, "Due to his busy schedule in K-Con 2016, Lee Min Ho was unable to confirm the truth."

Moreover, the rumors of the couple's split heightened as the media tried to involve the "Descendants of the Sun" star Song Hye Kyo. Many media outlets speculated that Lee could be going after Song since he has always mentioned that she is his ideal type.

In addition, when Lee visited Los Angeles, California on July 29, the media made it appear that he went there to secretly meet with the "DOTS" star. In truth, he was one of the guests at the 2016 KCON LA while Song was also in the area for a tour.

Meanwhile, Lee is enlisting in the army next year and he will be serving as a public service officer. He did not qualify for active duty due to the injuries he sustained from previous car accidents.

Prior to his enlistment, the actor is set to star in a drama where he will act opposite actress Park Ji Eun. The new drama series has been scheduled to air at the end of this year, and it would be Lee's last project before his military service.
