Rumors are doing the rounds that Apple will launch the 2016 MacBook Pro in November this year.

Some of the rumored features may not make it into the device.

OLED bar is not happening

According to reports, OLED bar is nearly not happening. The Cupertino-based company Apple will keep the upcoming MacBook Pro 2016 uncomplicated, thus, installing an OLED Bar as a replacement for the tablet's function keys is highly unlikely.

LTE feature is unlikely

An extra LTE element is unlikely as it may compromise the sales of the company's other devices, such as the iPhone.

Lightning port

A Lightning port on the 2016 MacBook Pro is also not a good idea. Bluetooth headphones are extremely reliable and easy to come by. Furthermore, having a lightning port for headphones will use space and will result in mistakes in the process of transferring data.

Touch ID is not essential

A secured authentication is essential that prompted owners of MacBook Pro to sign in through the Apple Watch, so another level of verifying a person's information will be time consuming and redundant.

Moreover, the claims of a lighter and slimmer form are not reasonable. The forthcoming MacBook Pro 2016 is set for a better performance, therefore, specific upgrades are expected that will need additional room for each function. It means it has to be more powerful and the device does not have an integrated chipset design to master a thin design.

Buyers will be able to purchase MacBook Pro 2016 in many different colors. Furthermore, it will be more portable than the current MacBook Pro. The company should keep the 15 and 13-inch screen sizes, but it may increase Retina to 4K on both.

The Apple device will be powered by Kaby Lake processors, Macworld UK reported.

According to a BGR report, Apple will not launch MacBook Air 2016.

The MacBook Air series was first revealed about 10 years ago and it has got many changes and improvements over the years. However, according to recent reports, the tech company has decided to put a halt on the MacBook Air lineup's production to clear the way for new models.
