The force is strong in Kelly Marie Tran, the up and coming star of "Star Wars: Episode 8." Despite efforts to keep details about the sequel under wraps, a description about Tran's character was leaked online, answering fans' prayers for "Star Wars: Episode 8" spoilers.

According to the information first released by IWasRaisedToDoOneThing, Tran is playing Aya, an "information broker" who sells them off to the highest bidder. Tran reportedly shot a scene with John Boyega, who plays Finn, and tips him off on the First Order. Their meeting took place in a "bar that is much fancier than the ones seen in previous films." Although Aya flirts with Finn in their first meeting, the two will not develop any romantic feelings for each other.

Much of what "Star Wars: Episode 8" is up to is still blurry, and not a lot has been said about its plot and characters. However, the detail about Tran's character reveals something about Finn's mission in "Star Wars: Episode 8." Movie Pilot surmises that Finn is ordered by the Resistance to locate the whereabouts of the First Order's operational base. It could also be that Leia (Carrie Fisher) sanctioned the mission in order to find Kylo Ren's whereabouts, following Han Solo's murder in "The Force Awakens".

Other than Tran, "Star Wars: Episode 8" will also introduce new cast members such as Benicio del Toro. The Academy Award-winning actor initially denied rumors about his role in the film. However, he impliedly confirmed his casting in an interview with Grazia when he was asked if "Star Wars: Episode 8" would be suitable for his 5-year-old daughter Delilah to watch.

"Who knows? We'll see, I've never played an intergalactic villain," del Toro told Grazia, as reported by /FILM. "Joking aside, maybe the movie will not be the right one for her, but my dream is to take her with me at least to the premiere, on the red carpet."

If the rumors turn out to be true, this won't be the first time del Toro appeared on screen as an intergalactic baddie. He played Taneleer Tivan, a.k.a The Collector, in "Guardians of the Galaxy".
