Since Michael Schumacher suffered from a skiing accident in 2013, his fans have long been waiting to hear positive news about his recovery. However, the truth is that his state of health is questionable considering the degree of injuries he sustained.

Furthermore, the continuous stream of updates concerning his recovery for the last three years, either official or unofficial, have painted a bad picture of his health. Lately, Schumacher's manager Sabine Kehm confirmed that the champion's phase of recovery continues to take up a painstakingly slow pace and that his health condition is becoming more severe.

According to Game & Guide, Schumacher endures an immobility that has led to his restriction to a wheelchair. Apparently, when he was in a coma, he lost a quarter of his bodyweight, and this worsened his condition.

Even more disheartening, it is said that Schumacher can only express himself through crying quietly when he hears the voices of his wife and children. The possibility of fully recovering is, therefore, out of the picture and fans should not overstretch their hopes.

Despite having private care from a medical team of about 15 doctors, his state has progressed very slowly. Schumacher's treatment supervisor, Professor Jean-Francois Payen has, nevertheless, continuously praised Schumacher's wife, for her contribution and support in the champion's recovery phase.

According to the professor, Schumacher's wife has displayed an exceptional willpower in every way. She has continued to look at things clearly and has made every effort to support her husband.

Even as these challenges undermine Schumacher's family, the seven-time Formula one world champion's legacy was continued by his son Mick, who won a Formula 4 race in Germany on Aug. 6, Saturday.

The 17-year-old began his Formula classes last year and, in the short period, has achieved many triumphs after his fourth win in the most recent season of  (Allgemeiner Deutscher Automobil-Club) ADAC Formula 4. He has also joined Prema Powerteam, where he will participate in the Italian Formula 4 and ADAC Formula 4 Championships,  iTechpost reported.

There are two more races in the ADAC Formula 4 Season until the finals. The next race will be held in Holland and the finals in Hockenheim, Germany.  Whilst fans expect Michael Jr, to fill in the shoes of his father, his manager has asserted that young Schumacher will not be quick to rush into a Formula One debut. Instead, he will first advance to Formula 3.
