Korean female celebrities, such as Seolhyun, naming “Descendants of the Sun” actor Song Joong-ki as their ideal type of man is no longer surprising since the 16-episode Hallyu became a hit.
Millions of women would fantasize being the 31-year-old actor’s girlfriend, but until now he has remained secretive about his love life. It is not surprising because Song Joong-ki shared in a recent fan meet in Thailand that in real life, he is not as romantic as the character he played on “Descendants of the Sun,” Army Captain Yoo Shi Jin.
But the romantic person in him admitted that it was easier shooting love scenes with Song Hye Kyo rather than filming action scenes, reported Morning Ledger. But what made it easier is he is making the scene with Song Hye Kyo and not any other actress.
There is a high level of comfort and trust between the two that the love scenes between them appear so realistic fans refuse to believe there is no romantic relationship between them even if the two Hallyu stars insist there is none.
In fact, in a China fan meet, Song Joong-ki ever referred to Song Hye Kyo as an older sister. But many fans would rather believe otherwise and hope those rumors of the two secretly dating is true.
Even public appearances of the two, such as at the 52nd Baeksang Art Awards, was seen as a “continuation” of their romance. It only means when the two meet on Sept. 8 for the gala of the Seoul International Drama Awards, to be held at the KBS hall, fans would again interpret their being together as part of their dream that the on-screen team would finally become an off-screen couple, reported Inquisitr.
