Nokia is trying to reinvent itself by expanding its influence with 360-degree Ozo camera, which was announced in last December and released in US and European markets. The camera features top class specifications and price was announced to be $60,000 originally.

Nokia has announced that 360-degree camera is a turnkey solution and will be ready to bloom the Chinese VR market. it also announced that the new price for thesewell-versedd cameras with $15,000 discounts making the actual price of $45,000 in US and € 40,000 in Europe. The price in China will be expected to be in equivalent with US and Europe. This price is an adopters program to have finest sales in the market.

According to CNeT, the ozo camera has well versed specifications and Nokia's indulgence in releasing this camera might make the company bigger as being expected by the company. Each of the camera's eight lenses has a 195-degree field of view with a fixed aperture of f/2.4. 2K x 2K sensors embedded behind every lens. The overlap from one lens to another gives the user a control at the stitching stage. The Ozo camera shoots at 30 frames per second, which is the "Live video" standard. Unlike the 24 frames standard which is available in the film type. To represent motion, the camera uses a global shutter. There are eight microphones embedded around to capture the spatial audio synced to the video capture

Along with the camera unit, it involves extra system at the back to hold the digital cartridge which has storage of 500GB and battery. It can hold up to 45 minutes of captured footage. The docking station acts like a hub for charging the device and a means for transferring the footages to computer or laptop.

According to The Verge, Nokia technologies president Ramzi Haidamus said earlier this year that Ozo as a professional production saw a potentially big market. Ozo head Guido Voltolina says that sales have been better than anticipated and Nokia wants to expand in China VR market. "Next year I can see the China VR market on par, If not bigger, than North America," said Voltolina.

Voltolina informs that expanding in China is a big opportunity for Nokia, as China has a greater focus on new upcoming technology related to different hardware and devices. "Play station VR" is greatly focused area in the Chinese markets. It's only a matter of delivering technology even to the ones who can afford whole system says Voltolina.

China being the exploring tech market in the world, Nokia takes up the great challenge to enter the competitive market with expectations of success from 360 degree Ozo camera. The camera has tremendous specifications for the photography and gives the user the best experience of footages. Ozo camera is one of the best technological advancements in the world.
