Now that Supercell is done with making balance changes to "Clash Royale," the game developer is gearing up to make some balance changes to "Clash of Clans" (COC) in readiness for the next major update. While the changes, coming n a patch soon, are not that many, players understand that every small change can make a big difference.

There are reports that cannon damage will be increased for levels 11-14 as a way of offering gamers a better defensive answer to mass attacks of mid-size units, according to Touch Arcade. Healers will once more trigger air traps since recently they have become a staple high-level troop that can at the same time remain out of defensive range.

Furthermore, Miner movement speed has been reduced because currently, their speed along with their capability to burrow underground makes them too effective at taking out entire villages. Finally, attackers can deploy more of their army before Eagle Artillery activates. The change will give attackers early battle flexibility and help in phase-based attacks.

Meanwhile, Supercell listened to all requests of their loyal fans for "COC," and the game developer is preparing for a new update. Previous updates focused more on Town Hall level 11 and above. However, the upcoming updates could focus on low-leveled players, which could get a chance to boost their Town Hall levels.

Although the new update is supposed to excite "Clash of Clans" fans, some are worried about it. Some gamers believe that the developer will change the whole game, which they think is due to the increased competition going against mobile games.

The next updates may not cause major changes since it will focus on the enhancement of the current defense and offense features of "COC." The updates will also fix issues that emanated from the recent patch release.

Seemingly, the summer update did not meet players' expectations, according to Neurogadget. "Clash of Clans" will have a gem mine feature where gamers can collect gems for free to be used for boosting their way to the next level. There are also rumors that the penalty feature will be included to avoid players from overusing their resources.
