Majin Vegeta and Multiplayer mode are the latest addition to "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2" update before its final release.
According to Bandai Namco, among the characters that are included is Majin Vegeta. As the game publisher further noted, Vegeta is popularly recognized because of his incredible strength and stamina.
Along with Vegeta, Saiyan Island also reported that Android 16, Imperfect Cell and special Bardock from Dragon Ball Heroes are also included in the roster of the new characters recently added.
As it can be remembered, Imperfect Cell is one of the strongest characters ever created in "Dragon Ball Z," given the fact that he is made from the cells of the universe's strongest fighters, while Android 16 is especially known as defender of Android 17 and 18 from being sucked by Cell. Time Breaker Bardock is also a specially formed character who was corrupted and controlled by Towa and Mira in "Dragon Ball Heroes."
Aside from the newly added characters, a new multiplayer mode on Expert Mission was also added. In here, six players are challenged to defeat different NPC bosses.
According to Bandai Namco, the new feature will extremely add to the excitement of the players, as they will be compelled to team up with other players in order to develop a strategic team play to accomplish the mission. In essence, this makes "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2" the most dynamic multiplayer gaming experience in any "Dragon Ball Z" game at present.
The game creator, Hirano, nevertheless assured that they are still willing to add more characters before "Xenoverse 2" is released, if enough fans will request for additional characters.
Other updates include the additional number of quests compared to the game predecessor, as well as a new system, which allows players to choose their costumes and accessories. Lastly, Bandai Namco said an open beta is also on its way.
"Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2" will be released on Xbox One, PS4, and PC on Oct. 25 in the U.S. and in Europe on Oct. 28. Meanwhile, there will be an exclusive PC Steam launching of the game in other parts of the world on Oct. 28.
