DC comic fans must already be aware of who Deathstroke is. This villain has already ruled DC comics and television shows for years and is all set to hit the big screen. Also knows as "Deathstroke the Terminator," the real name of the villain is Slade Wilson. People may know this already, but there are only a few who know his full story.

The character of Deathstroke was first created in the 1980s by Marv Wolfman and George Perez for DC comic titled "The New Teen Titans," according to Entertainment Weekly. A military experiment turns Slade Wilson, a former army colonel, into a super soldier, who now has improved senses and reflexes. This may seem like a "Captain America" story, but this one is not that extreme.

When it comes to the costume, Deathstroke often wears a blue or an orange outfit with a mask that has a hole for just one eye. Fans may related it to "Deadpool," but they must know that "Dealdpool" originally started off as a parody of Deathstroke. This is the reason why their names resemble as well, Wade Wilson and Slade Wilson.

Soon Deathstroke evolves to become the DC universe villain. Over the years, he develops a rivalry with both Batman and Green Arrow. "Infinite Crisis," released in 2005, saw Deathstroke as a member of the newly-established Secret Society of supervillains.

In the finale, Deathstroke and Batman finally come face-to-face when the former finally receives a blow and gets defeated. The exact role that Deathstroke would be playing in the Batman solo movie is still not clear yet, however, a majority of fans may like to see some action between the two leading characters.
