"W - Two Worlds" chief producer Sohn Hyung-Suk cannot stop praising Kim Eui-Sung's performance in the fantasy drama. The on-going drama star Lee Jong Suk and Han Hyo Joo.

"Kim Eui Sung is doing such a great job," The Kpop Herald quoted "W's" chief producer as saying during an interview with TV Report on Sept. 4, Sunday. "I appreciate that. A producer could not be satisfied more."

The 50-year-old actor plays a double role in the series. He portrays a famous 58-year-old cartoonist, Oh Sung-Moo, who is the creator of the popular webtoon "W" and a savage assassin, Hang Sang-Hoon, who seeks after Kang Chul (Lee) and Oh Yeon Joo (Han).

"Giving an identity to the killer who had no face is going to turn the entire situation on its head," a source from "W" said in a statement obtained by Soompi. "You can look forward to what the killer will do once he spreads his wings in the webtoon."

Kim began his acting career in 1991. In 2000, he went on a 10-year long hiatus to devote himself to the movie industry as a producer in Vietnam.

He made a comeback as an actor in 2011 and starred in 2015's "Office" and "The Exclusive: Beat the Devil's Tattoo." He is currently enjoying tremendous popularity for his roles in zombie apocalypse thriller film, "Train to Busan," and MBC's "W."

Helmed by Jung Dae-Yoon, "W" follows a suspense love story between a self-made chaebol, Kang Chul and Dr. Oh Yeon Joo, who live in the same Seoul but in different dimensions. The fantasy drama, which premiered on July 20, has swept the number one spot with its consistent increment in viewership rating.

"It's the story of a man and a woman who discover their reason for existence while living in different dimensions in Seoul in 2016," director Jung said during a press conference for "W." "There's suspense, horror, comedy, and romance."
