These happenings in the 13th season of the popular CBS police drama have left fans questioning whether or not DiNozzo will make a comeback to the show once "NCIS" Season 14 comes out on the small screens. Fortunately, there are speculations and rumors circulating online that suggests Tony might make an appearance in the highly awaited season of the police drama.

In addition, it is also rumored that Weatherly might repeat his role as DiNizzo for possibly a one-episode debut at the expected wedding of Delilah Fielding (Margo Harshman) and Timothy "Tim" McGee (Sean Murray). However, the network has not yet made any confirmation regarding this claim. Hence, fans should just take this one as a mere speculation.

On the other hand, NCIS Special Agent Nick Torres ("That '70s Show's" Wilmer Valderrama), is now ready to make an appearance and get introduced in the season premiere of the show, as detailed on the official synopsis.

According to TV Line, the NCIS Special Agent cars' which exploded will be investigated by Gibbs' team. The new cast member Wilmer Valderrama) disappeared six months ago while on an undercover; Gibbs asks NCIS Special Agent Alex Quinn (Blue Bloods' Jennifer Esposito) to shadow his team after rejecting eight agents she referred for DiNozzo's vacated position.

In a report by Entertainment Weekly, Valderrama's character, Nick, as briefly described by some cast members, is a "loose cannon". The actor seems to be in the same agreement with how his co-stars describe Nick.

During a talk with EW at July's San Diego Comic-Con, the "That '70s Show" alum noted, "We are at day five of shooting on the first episode. Already there has been a number of explosions and I shot a guy off of a motorcycle already." "I am crazy," he continued.

"NCIS" season 14 is now set to start on Tuesday, Sept. 20 at 8 p.m. EDT on CBS.
