One of the performers of the romantic-comedy "Lucky Star 2015," which opened in Chinese cinemas on Feb. 19, spoke about the possibility of becoming a first-time mother while the Year of the Goat is in full swing.

Ella told reporters at the promotional event that the New Year celebratory atmosphere followed her from her Malaysian vacation, undertaken with her husband, to Hong Kong.

The actress was not complaining about the post-vacation cheer that engulfed her in Hong Kong, and the talk turned to the subject of parenting when Ella shared a gift that was received from a friend, Christine Fan. Fan endowed her with an "unused sanitary napkin" that was taken by the young celebrity as a symbol of pregnancy.

Regarding the matter of whether she would like to give birth during the Year of Goat, or Yang in Mandarin, Ella revealed that she had been planning for such an occasion with her significant other, and that she supposed the final part of 2015 would be in accordance with the couple's birth schedule: "It would be about the time when I finish my work at hand."

In contrast, Ella's co-star Dada Chan was vocal about her inexperience in the area of romance, whereby the prospect of becoming a mother was far off beyond the horizon. Dada disclosed that a romantic scene from the film, shot with Cholam Wong, provided her with a general notion of what being in love for the first time can feel like.

A reporter mistakenly presumed that Dada is romantically connected and asked whether her family would meet her boyfriend during the New Year celebratory period. Blushing, the young celebrity expressed a desire for a romantic relationship, as she has a "need to be cared by a man," but confirmed that she was not involved with anyone else at the time of the event.
