Hope turns 7 in "The Originals" Season 4 and her power is believed to be the key to either the destruction or triumph of Klaus Mikaelson.
Recently, fans were saddened with the confirmation that "The Vampire Diaries" will be cancelled right after its Season 8. Nevertheless, their dismay was offset by the announcement that its spin-off series "The Originals" survived and can even be expected to have its fifth season. CW President Mark Pedowitz himself confirmed that the series will have to stand on its own. With this, a number of speculations already leaked out about what to expect on the spin off series.
According to TVGuide, a new sadistic vampire will arrive in New Orleans to get revenge against Klaus, denying the notion that Marcel will be the biggest enemy of Klaus in "The Originals" Season 4.
In fact, executive producer of the show Julie Plec also hinted in an interview with Entertainment Weekly that Marcel and Klaus might just settle the score between them because they will accordingly help Klaus get rid of the former's enemies, although there are no details yet as to Marcel's participation in Klaus' fight against the rumored new sadistic vampire.
Another exciting revelation in "The Originals" is the destiny of Klaus in the hands of his own daughter, Hope. According to Klaus himself, her daughter can either be the root of his destruction or triumph.
The 7-years-old Hope will be portrayed by child actress Summer Fontana. Her character is a combination of witch, werewolf, and a vampire which turns her into a powerhouse character. Because of this, it was revealed that Hope will be playing as an instrument in finding the seven packs of werewolves, which will help her father and his siblings accomplish their ordeals.
Meanwhile, a number of characters from "The Vampire Diaries" will have an appearance in the upcoming "The Originals" Season 4. In fact, Celebrity Dirty Laundry reported that Nina Dobrev will be joining the cast as a doppelganger Katherine Pierce and Tatia. It is said that she will be joined by the Salvatore brothers in the spin off season.
The CW has yet to reveal the official release date of "The Originals" Season 4.
