"Dragon Ball Super" has definitely become more interesting especially with the upcoming rematch between Goku and Black together with Zamasu. With the speculated transformation of Goku into Super Saiyan Rose, the upcoming battle has been highly anticipated by almost every "DBS" fans.
In the previous episode of "Dragon Ball Super," we have witnessed the arrival of Goku, Vegeta, and Future Trunks from the future timeline. They were lucky enough to survive total annihilation and defeat after some help from Mai and Yajirobe.
And while they plan their next move, discussion in the present timeline has gradually illumined the mystery of the immortal god Zamasu and Black, as Whis and Beerus put together information piece by piece.
As a result of their premise, the gods would intervene. As most speculations would suggest, Beerus would end the life of Zamasu, as the latter intervened with time travel while killing elder Gowasu, according to AttackOfTheFanBoy. And this time around in Goku's timeline such intervention of a Kai and death of another one would hopefully be stopped.
However, though present scene and storyline favors the death of present time Zamasu, the problem in the future still lingers. Since the god of destruction still gives no hint of intervention between the said battle in Future Trunk's timeline, it is safe enough to assume that Goku will be the one to once again deal with the two villainous character, Zamasu and Black.
Although it may seem to be obvious, the problem now is how Goku or even Vegeta would settle their score with an immortal god and a Saiyan capable of thwarting even the duo's Super Saiyan blue form. And this particular concern somehow leads us to a potential transformation for Goku or Vegeta or both of the Saiyan.
As means of speculation, it is now being discussed online the potential Super Saiyan Rose transformation of Goku. The idea is not difficult enough to believe, especially that we have been presented of great warriors and previous Saiyan transformations of the said characters.
This particular Super Saiyan Rose transformation, characterized by reddish-purple aura as emphasized by ComicBook, of Goku has been welcome with various reactions from solid "Dragon Ball Super" fans. They believe that it should not happen, while others simply take the idea as a mere joke.
Though there is still no certainty about the speculated transformation, it cannot be helped to connect the idea to what Goku mentioned in the previous episode regarding becoming stronger or being similar to an immortal god. Though the line of thinking veered towards a joke in the end, still it can be considered as a prefiguration or foreshadowing of what may come, including the potential Super Saiyan Rose transformation of Goku or Vegeta. Guess we would just have to wait for the upcoming episodes to confirm this new speculation online.
