The latest details for "Kingdom Hearts 3" will feature a leaked gameplay and graphic improvements, as well as a new release date and PS4 Pro support for "Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Prologue".

Several rumors are making rounds regarding a leaked new gameplay for "Kingdom Hearts 3" as Reddit username Zonemasta8 shared a Graphics Interchange Format (GIF) that features a more impressive graphic display and combat gameplay of Sora, Donald an Goofy.

Clearly, the "Kingdom Hearts 3" GIF showed a more crisp resolution, making it more visually pleasant compared to "Kingdom Hearts 2" in 2005, While some gaming fans were impressed with the new update, some were skeptical to the authenticity of the GIF, stating that it could be fan maded.

Nonetheless, this is the first update for "Kingdom Hearts 3" so far, as Square Enix has not yet revealed any new details as of late. There have been rumors that "Kingdom Hearts 3" may feature Kairi as a playable character, not to mention of a possible PC version of the sequel after it launches on the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One consoles.

Square Enix has not not mention anything regarding a PC version of the sequel. Considering their recent focus on bringing previously console exclusive games to PC, it is possible there might be a PC release in the future, SegmentNext reported.

"Kingdom Hearts 3" will feature new worlds based from Disney characters and so far, worlds from "Tangled", "Hercules" and "Big Hero 6" have been confirmed. Other rumored Disney worlds may include "Frozen", "Wreck-it Ralph", "Toy Story", "The Jungle Book", "Brave", "Zootopia" etc.

In addition, game co-director Tai Yasue also teased that characters from Star Wars and Marvel franchises could appear in "Kingdom Hearts 3", but it will take awhile for Square Enix to acquire the rights from Disney.

In other news, Square Enix launched a new game trailer for "Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Prologue" during the Tokyo Game Show 2016 event.

The trailer features more gameplay and graphic improvement in "Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance", new game mechanics and plot details for Aqua in "Kingdom Hearts 0.2: Birth by Sleep–A Fragmentary Passage" and the new HD cinematic of "Kingdom Hearts χ Back Cover".

The trailer ends with a new release date for "Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Prologue" on Jan. 24, 2017 for the PS4. Japanese gamers will have an early release date of the game on Jan. 12, 2017.

Game director Tetsuya Nomura formally apologized for the delay due to the adjustment of contiguous titles and assured the fans that the development itself is moving along as planned without a single issue and are nearly finished. Nomura added that "Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue" could have a support from Sony's updated console the PlayStation 4 Pro anytime soon, Nova Crystallis reported.

"Kingdom Hearts 3" is speculated to be release on 2017 for the PS4 and Xbox One.
