When the second half of "Suits" season 6 comes back on air, it is expected several much-awaited events like Mike and Rachel's wedding will be featured. This was indirectly hinted by Patrick Adams himself, who would also be directing the winter premiere when the TV series comes back.

In his interview with Hollywood Reporter, Adams revealed now that his character is out and are faced with a handful of opportunities, Mike will be trying to figure out how to do good for people in need, while make a living and start building his own family. The actor said these are the next big challenges ahead of Mike when the season resumes.

His wedding with Rachel may still be in question, but since Adams already hinted these are the issues that Mike will be facing, it may not be far to happen for the second part of season 6. Since the couple have been apart for almost an entire season, Mike and Rachel's relationship will be stronger especially now that Mike has been free from secrets and burden, Adams added during the interview.

The 35-year old actor admitted they were supposed to shoot the wedding scene at the end of last season even before Mike enters prison. The cancellation of their wedding was abrupt. Just as they are about to shoot it series creator Aaron Korsh suddenly asked for the cast's opinion if the couple should get married. According to Adams, the scene was cancelled because they all agreed it would be more dramatic and interesting if the couple stays as is.

As for the show's official return date, the second part of season 6 may be aired as late as February or March next year, Hollywood Hills reported. Season 6 will be airing an additional set of 6 episodes. This follows its usual number of 16 episodes per season.

Viewers will still be able to enjoy the hit TV series as it can be recalled the TV series has been renewed for another. More revelations, and twists are expected to be told for "Suits" storyline. Readers are advised to take everything with a pinch of salt as some of the predictions stated are still unofficial.
